Dr. Rachel Heneberry has been a practicing Chiropractor in the Staunton VA area since 2007. She graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC, utilizes the Gonstead method (a low-impact, gentle style of adjusting), and is certified in extremities adjusting. She prides herself on listening to her patient's needs and addressing their specific issues; It is not a "one size fits all" method of adjusting. Dr. Heneberry was introduced to Chiropractic at age 15, when she began suffering from migraines, and she has been a supporter ever since!
At Heneberry Chiropractic, Dr. Rachel is a Gonstead chiropractor who focuses on specific, gentle adjustments of only the parts of the back, neck or spine that are misaligned. Gonstead chiropractic adjustments are non-invasive and designed to help the patient recover faster with fewer treatments. It's not your typical "pop and crack" style that many chiropractors use.
Some of the things in which Dr. Rachel specializes are:
Low Back Pain
Sciatica
Carpal Tunnel
TMJ
Fibromyalgia
Tennis Elbow
Plantar Fasciitis/Foot Pain
Migraines
Ankle Pain
